      Colour card attendance will change from yellow to green or green to red due to the following:

       ~ No check in or check out record and staff not stated any reason for the tardiness or
           absentees.
       ~ Reason for the tardiness or absentees not stated.
       ~ Reason for the tardines or absentees stated, but Supervising Officer did not take any action.
