We pledge and are committed to:
Inform interview result to the candidate within one month from the interview date.
Ensure suitable trainings are provided to allow staffs to achieve at least 42 points for Continuous Professional Development (CPD) per year.
Generate confirmation letter for staff within five working days after the interview date.
Process the compulsory retirement within two years before the retirement year of the staff.
Generate study leave interview result letter for the candidate within five working days after the interview.
Open system for Annual Performance Evaluation Report (APER) at least before 15th January every year following the predetermined schedule.
Update HRM website every five working days.
Respond to customer’s complaint in one working day.
