HRMIS is an integrated human resource management system that is facilitated by technology that combines the best practices of the global human resource management. It is a pilot project developed under the E-Government initiatives.


The Importance of HRMIS:

bullet7 Enable workforce planning and the determination of the size of the public service through effective management of human resources information
bullet7 Develop integrated human resource information and updates for the purpose of effective human resource planning
bullet7 Prepare a human resource information system that is opened, flexible and updated to meet the needs of management at various stages of theagency; and  
bullet7 Contribute towards the creation of a paperless environment
bullet7 Facilitate communication and horizontal integration, the alignment of human resource processes and access through a single window
