| APPLICATION PROSEDURE |
|

REQUIREMENTS OF THE MALAY LANGUAGE |
|
Applicants must gain a credit in Malay Language/Malaysian Language (including passing the oral examination) in Malaysian Education Certificate (SPM) or any other public examinations equivalent to it. |
|
APPROVAL OF QUALIFICATION |
|
Those candidates whom are taking or possess the SPM certificate following the Open System can be elected for the service scheme which have a pre-requested above as a requirement for confirmation. To set up a standard for the full certificate of SPM, which is a certificate given out before conducting the examination following the open procedure, these requirements need to be fulfilled:-

|
a) Pass at least six subjects including Malay Language with two papers of credits or better grades in the examinations ; OR
b) Pass six subjects including Malay Language with two subjects of credit or higher in the accumulated two examinations out of three consecutively; AND
c) Fulfills the requirement of Malay Language either credit or Pass (Including the Oral Test) and the selected subjects as it has been discussed in the service scheme.

CITIZEN OF THE COUNTRY AND THE AGE LIMIT |
|
The candidates of straight employments need to be a Malaysian citizen and must not be less than 18 years on the date of closing of application for the employment.
|
|
TRIAL PERIOD |
|
Those candidates of straight employments are needed to undergo the trial period for one year up to three years.
|
|
EXAMINATION/INDUCTION COURSE |
|
Examination/Induction course is done with in alignment with the service scheme.
|
|
CONDITION OF SERVICE SCHEME
|
|
Officers whom undergo the above service are abide to the conditions of the current service scheme with the ongoing amendments from time to time.
