{"id":26510,"date":"2026-06-18T14:23:57","date_gmt":"2026-06-18T06:23:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/10.99.4.68:1007\/?page_id=26510"},"modified":"2026-10-16T10:25:46","modified_gmt":"2026-10-16T02:25:46","slug":"client-charter","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/bsm.upsi.edu.my\/ms\/client-charter\/","title":{"rendered":"Piagam Pelanggan"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>\n\t\t\tHow can we assist you today?\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Komitmen kami dalam menyediakan perkhidmatan yang cekap, profesional dan tepat pada masanya kepada semua pihak berkepentingan.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\t\t01\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Perkhidmatan kaunter bagi semua urusan dilayan dalam tempoh<strong> lima (5) minit.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\t\t02\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Memaklumkan keputusan temu duga kenaikan pangkat kepada calon <strong>lima belas (15) hari<\/strong> dari tarikh keputusan diterima daripada pihak berkuasa pelantik.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\t\t03\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Memastikan latihan yang sesuai disediakan bagi membolehkan pekerja mencapai <strong>Pembangunan Profesional Berterusan (CPD)<\/strong> seperti yang diluluskan pada tahun semasa.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\t\t04\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Mengeluarkan surat pengesahan jawatan kepada staf dalam tempoh <strong>lima (5) hari bekerja<\/strong> selepas tarikh mesyuarat bersama Naib Canselor \/ Pendaftar.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\t\t05\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Mengeluarkan surat keputusan temu duga cuti belajar kepada calon tidak lewat daripada <strong>lima (5) hari bekerja<\/strong> selepas temu duga.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\t\t06\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Memastikan Sistem Laporan Penilaian Prestasi Tahunan (LNPT) dibuka sebelum <strong>15 Januari<\/strong> setiap tahun mengikut jadual.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\t\t07\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Memastikan dasar berkaitan Pengurusan Sumber Manusia dikemas kini di laman web BSM tidak lewat daripada <strong>satu minggu<\/strong> selepas diluluskan oleh Universiti.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\t\t08\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Memastikan permohonan Surat Jaminan diproses dalam tempoh <strong>satu (1) hari bekerja.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\t\t09\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Memaklumkan keputusan lanjutan kontrak dalam tempoh <strong>satu (1) bulan<\/strong> dari tarikh kelulusan diterima daripada pihak berkuasa pelantik.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\t\t10\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Maklum balas kepada pengadu hendaklah diberikan dalam tempoh <strong>satu (1) hari bekerja<\/strong> untuk memaklumkan bahawa aduan mereka telah diambil tindakan dan akan diselesaikan.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tLaporan Pencapaian Piagam Pelanggan\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Akses metrik terperinci dan penilaian prestasi.<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/bsm.upsi.edu.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/Laporan-Pencapaian-Piagam-Pelanggan-PTj-Julai_September-2026.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lihat Laporan<\/a>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How can we assist you today?
