Public Service Examination is an examination in service that must be taken by a government servant who is appointed for the first time in public service for the service confirmation.

• Purposes

This guideline is to explain about the implementation of Public Service Examination for all government servants for service confirmation as in Service Circular (SPP) Number 3 Year 1975, Service Circular Number 4 Year 1988 – Rules regarding Public Service Exam and all rules related to it and Service Circular Number 4 Year 2012.

• Objectives

To measure knowledge, understanding and skills of a public service officer regarding:

2. Government’s Policies
3. Plans and programmes for the development of the country
