Public Service Examination

An examination in service that must be taken by a government servant who is appointed for the first time in public service for the service confirmation.

Purpose

This guideline is to explain about the implementation of Public Service Examination for all government servants for service confirmation as in Service Circular (SPP) Number 3 Year 1976, Service Circular Number 4 Year 1988 – Rules regarding Public Service Exam and all rules related to it and Service Circular Number 4 Year 2012.

To measure knowledge, understanding and skills of a public service officer regarding:

History of this country

Government's Policies

Plans and programmes for the development of the country
