Attendance Status Degradation
Your attendance colour card status is a reflection of your punctuality and record-keeping. The system is designed to track compliance with check-in and check-out procedures.
Important Note: A colour card attendance will degrade, changing from Yellow to Green, or from Green to Red, under the following circumstances:
Missing Attendance Record
No check-in or check-out record exists, and no reason for the tardiness or absenteeism has been provided.
Reason Not Stated
An attendance record exists, but no reason for the tardiness or absenteeism has been stated in the system.
No Action by Supervisor
A reason has been provided, but the Supervising Officer has not taken any action to review or approve it.
