Academic Scheme of Public Institutions of Higher Education (SLAI)
Academic Scheme of Public Institutions of Higher Education (SLAI)/SPLIT (UPSI – NOVA) is a twinning programme between UPSI and NOVA Southeastern University for academic staffs to pursue study at Ph. D level.
Academic and Management Staff Special Training Scheme (SLKKAP)
Academic and Management Staff Special Training Scheme (SLKKAP) is a scheme provided by UPSI for non-academic staffs to pursue their study in part-time in any Public Institutions of Higher Education or any other certified higher education institutions.
Federal University Non-Academic Staff Training Award (HLP)
A long-term training program with funding from the Ministry of Education Malaysia (MoE) for non-academic staff at Public University (PU) for Grade 41 and above to pursue postgraduate studies both local and abroad. This program is in line with the vision of the Ministry of Education (MoE) to improve the level of professionalism of administrators in PU.
Post-Doctoral Scheme
A long-term training program with funding from the Ministry of Education Malaysia (MoE) for academic staff who have earned a PhD and met the requirements set. The program aims to provide staff with the opportunity to conduct research in their respective fields of expertise.
UPSI Holistic Student Scheme
A program that has been implemented since 2008 after obtaining approval from the Executive Management Meeting. The program aims to sponsor UPSI’s excellent students to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in UPSI.
