  • Managing and monitoring attendance of the staffs.

  • Coordinating and preparing HRD report for University meetings.
  • Managing HRD Quality System (MS ISO) for HRD.
  • Managing financial affairs of HRD (ABM, Perolehan, Panjar Wang Runcit, Pembekal dan urusan pembayaran ke Jabatan Bendahari).
  • Managing main meeting room reservations (BSM, BC2-7, BMUC).
  • Managing complaints regarding HRD.
  • Managing staff’s document/ parcel.
  • Managing HRD front desk.
  • Managing asset, inventory and store records of HRD.
  • Managing Convocation Robe for UPSI Top Management.
  • Managing Working Procedure Manual (MPK) and Desk File for HRD staffs.
  • Managing records and keysof HRD office.
  • Managing the usage of vehicles that are provided for HRD.
  • Managing general forms for HRD office.
  • Secretariat for meetings in HRD and University.
  • Secretariat for Client’s Day.
