Ensure 100% of the University staffs fulfill the minimum CPD point as predetermined.
Ensure 100% HRD website is always operated and updated within five (5) working days.
Ensure 100% force retirement affairs are processed within two (2) years before retirement year of the staff.
Ensure 100% University staffs are given chance to fulfill Annual Performance Evaluation Report (APER) in the given period of time.
Ensure 100% staff’s application to further study is processed within five (5) working days from the date the application forms is accepted.
Ensure 100% non-academic posts warrants are processed in the current year.
Ensure 100% complete applications that are accepted are being processed and the results are informed as follows:

~Grade DS45 – DS52 at least three months

~Grade DS53 – Exceptional at least six months
